We are honored that you are considering holding an event at Briar Valley Winery. If you haven’t already done so, we invite you in to see our facility and sample our wines. If you already are a fan of our wines, let me explain what we can offer you.

We have 8 high top and two regular tables with 32 stools and 10 chairs available for use. It may be possible for you to bring in additional seating with our pre-approval. However, many times people stand to mingle rather than sitting.

As a courtesy to our customers we have partnered with local restaurants we have several menus on hand for your food needs. You can order your favorite wine by the glass or bottle and enjoy it with a meal, light snack, or dessert. Please remember we do not provide table service, wine tastings and sales are conducted at the bar only, and you are responsible for cleanup after the event. You can also prearrange to bring in your own food or have someone else cater it. Anything brought into our facility, including; food, beverages, tables, chairs, decorations, etc. must be pre-approved. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into our facility.

You may conduct your event during regular hours Monday through Friday, noon to 5 pm. You may book reserved seating and a semi-private tasting during regular hours. The fee is $50.00 per hour. Partial hours are rounded up, and there is a one hour minimum. Arrangements must be made in advance. The tasting fee is $5.00 for all the wines. No parties over 25.  Wine may be purchased by the glass or opened bottle to enjoy there, or purchase bottles to take with you.

Please remember that during regular hours, others may be enjoying our facilities and wines as well. We request that your group respect the winery experience of other patrons. If members of your group become disruptive, we may ask them to leave.
